Guess who’s back at Avon’s Beerhead Bar & Eatery! Bottoms Up! Yoga & Brew is back with Helen Bednarz! We rocked this amazing tap house with a sold out, all-levels yoga class in December and have been requested to come back for 2023! We will flow inside this beautiful space and enjoy a class with Helen, and then enjoy a brew and socialize. We highly suggest trying some of their food. We have been selling out these brew classes this year (and this one is gonna fill up), so please do yourself a favor and sign up well in advance.
