"I really enjoyed my first yoga class. Was a little apprehensive before going, but actually it was very relaxing, and I used some very neglected muscles I haven’t used in awhile. The instructor, Sarah Woods, was friendly, knowledgeable & had a good eye out to help us when we weren’t in the correct pose. For any first time hesitant people out there - no need to feel afraid. I loved it! I’m sure you will too!"
