Jenn has been teaching prenatal yoga for 16 years and understands how yoga an help a woman create and maintain ease in her changing body. She will guide you through a yoga practice that will foster strength & fluidity while addressing some for the physical and emotional transformations of pregnancy. You will learn movements and breath practices that will support you through pregnancy, birth and motherhood. We will feel transformed from our Bottoms..Up!
