Bottoms Up! and River Yoga invite you to a 90 minute Reiki & Restorative class taught by Samantha Scrivens, certified in Reiki and Yin Yoga. We will focus our time to heal the body through passive postures, exercise the mind with the meditative aspect of yin yoga, inviting inner peace and discovery.
