Our awesome instructor Pam is back to lead a 5-week yoga wheel class series starting this March with Bottoms Up! Yoga at Seven Studios!
Pam is a Thai-American yoga instructor for with her 500 hour certification, as well as over 50 hours in yoga wheel training with a Thai instructor. She definitely has a continuing passion for training, teaching, and learning!
This Yoga Wheel series is designed to develop core and stability. Learn how to deepen your yoga practice in these fun-filled sessions using the wheel with familiar yoga poses. Yoga with the wheel will enhance and deepen your ongoing practice; it may very well be an indispensable new tool for your practice. These sessions will be great
for your core, stability, balance, and flexibility.
Feel free to bring your own wheel if you have one, but we’ll have wheels available from Pete’s Choice and Realign Back Wheel available to use free of charge during class if you don’t have one. Please bring your own yoga mat, water, towel, etc.
